    Your tracking number will be sent via email once it has shipped from our warehouse.

    SHIPPING

    Orders totaling $100, before taxes is applied, qualify for free standard shipping. Once your order is placed, the estimated shipping timeframe will not include the fulfillment timeframe listed at checkout.

    Due to high volume, please note that during sales and holidays, we require 3-7 business days to process all orders regardless of the shipping method chosen at checkout. 

    THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW

    • You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a second email containing your tracking information once your order has been shipped from our warehouse

    • Gift Card purchases don't count towards qualifying for a free shipping threshold.

    I NEED TO EDIT MY ORDER... WHAT DO I DO?

    We are only able to edit your order or update your shipping address as long as your order has not yet shipped. Please let us know as fast as possible.

     

    Please note that address edit requests are not guaranteed, but our team will do their best to process your request as long as your order has not been shipped from our warehouse.

  • POLICY

    We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If your purchase does not work out for any reason, you may initiate a return or exchange within 21 days of receiving your order as long as the product is eligible.

    You must show proof of purchase to receive a refund. We will pay for the return shipping cost for US orders. Any refund requests will only be refunded to the original form of payment. Please note that if a refund is requested, your refund will not include the original cost of shipping. 

    ELIGIBILITY

    As long as item(s) are still in their original condition, you can return or exchange within 21 days. Please see the below for any exceptions to this rule:

    • Items must be unwashed, unworn, undamaged.

    • Items covered in animal/human hair are subject to denial.

    • Items with markings or other stains (such as deodorant) will not be accepted.

    • Items with strong odors or smells (like smoke, scented sprays, body odor, etc.) will not be accepted.

    • Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned for a refund or exchange - all sale items are final.

    • Items discounted 30% or more are considered final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange - all sale items are final.

    • Although ineligible for returns or exchanges, items marked final sale are still covered under our warranty policy.

    HOW DO I RETURN / EXCHANGE?

    Download and print your FREE pre-paid return label from the confirmation page via email..

    I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY REFUND.

    In the first instance we'd advise checking your return tracking and look out for an update that states it's been 'Returned', 'Delivered', 'Returned To Warehouse' or similar. This means the item(s) is back at the warehouse and will be checked and scanned by our team within 7 days. Sit tight, and we'll be in touch via email once the return has been processed to confirm your refund.

    Once processed, your refund can take 5-7 business days to appear in your account, once released by your bank.

  • DISCOUNT CODES

    • All discount codes are a one-time use. If your order is canceled or returned, you are unable to use the code a second time.

    • Valid discounts will apply to full price product only.

    • We are unable to apply discount codes retroactively.

    • Discount codes cannot stack at checkout, Terms and Conditions apply.

    • For sales over 30%, some discount codes will be invalid.

    GIFT CARDS

    • Gift cards can be purchased through wolflowapparel.com and will be delivered via email. They can be applied to your order at checkout.

    • When you make a return on an order in which you paid with a gift card, the gift card will be refunded first. We are unable to refund your original form of payment for more than what was paid.

    PAYMENTS

    Applicable taxes will be calculated at checkout once you enter your address.

    If you are returning an item or cancelling an order, the reflection in your account could take up to 5-7 business days after processing. 

  • For the best care, we recommend washing on cold or warm and tumble dry or hang dry. Additionally, to ensure the longevity of your gear, we recommend using detergent that does not contain any synthetic dyes, such as blue detergent, as synthetic dyes have the potential to interact negatively with fabric dyes causing discoloration.​

  • SHIPPING

    During Black Friday/Cyber Monday, we require 3-7 business days to process all orders. Please note that this is our standard processing time regardless of the shipping method chosen at checkout. 

    With that being said, we will be prioritizing all orders placed with an expedited shipping method. However, due to the volume of orders we receive during this time, we still require 3-7 business days for processing. Additionally, we will not be able to accommodate any requests to combine orders.

    If your order is expected to ship out later than standard shipping, you will receive an email within 3 days of placing the order.

    I INPUT THE WRONG ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT. CAN I EDIT MY SHIPPING INFO?

    We are only able to update your shipping address as long as your order has not yet shipped. Please contact our fulfillment team to request an address update to your most recent order at support@wolflowapparel.com or by filling out the contact form.

    DO YOU HAVE AN EXTENDED RETURN WINDOW FOR HOLIDAY ORDERS?

    Yes! During the holidays, we allow a 45-day return window to account for any gifts purchased during this time.
